Teaching Steps:
1.Revise
(通过对动词过去式和反身代词的知识重现,巩固本单元的知识点。)
2、Watch a short video about robot.
(借助视频开始课堂教学,活跃气氛。同时选用与本课内容紧密结合的视频,也为新知的呈现埋下伏笔,自然导出Do you want a robot?) 3、Free talk:

(采用Free talk的形式,其目的主要是以旧引新,在相互询问的同时,自然的引出新知,体现教学的无痕。) 3、Presentation:
(1)T:Let` s go to the shopping mall and buy a robot.
(为新授创设去商场购买机器人的情境,激发学生的学习兴趣。) T: Look ,there are some robots in the mall. Which one do you want to buy? (PPT呈现图片及句子)

(鼓励学生说出自己的喜好并能准确读出相应机器人的特点,如:sweep the floor,clean the house,water the plants)
(由Free talk中,在讨论自己喜爱的机器人的特点之后,进一步加大词汇量的运用,为后面的文章学习做铺垫,这样就不打破阅读教学的整体性,同时也不使教学内容零碎呈现,主线直穿文章。)
(2)文章教学

(通过提问,训练学生的听力同时也检查学生的预习情况。同时也为引出全文做铺垫。)

Ask the students to read the story again and decide if the sentences ars true or false(生再读文,完成练习。);Check the answers with the students. (检查学生对文章的整体性理解,且巩固文章内容。)
(3)表演(两人对话的形式,表达内容多样:购买机器人之后发生的事情;推销机器人内容等)
(这在本课里最具有延伸性的设计,这也符合小学生的爱表现的特点。他们采用道具、观众等辅助手段,形象直观的展现文章内容,变枯燥乏味为生动有趣,吸引学生,变被动学习为主动学习。) (4)Summary. ①表扬表现好的小组; ②再读文。
