一、教学内容:译林英语五上Unit 8 Grammar time & Fun time

二、教学目标:

(一)语言知识目标:

  1、能听懂、会说、会读、会写First, next, then, finally表示先后顺序的词。

  2、能读懂Christmas with the Teddy Bear,了解圣诞节的相关活动和习俗。

  3、能理解Fun time中圣诞贺卡的制作方法,并研究如何制作电子贺卡。

(二)情感态度目标:在小组活动中能与他人积极配合,体验学习英语的乐趣。

三、教学重点:句型:First, next, then, finally, ...

四、教学难点:能灵活运用Firstnextthenfinally来表达事情的先后顺序。五、教学过程:

Step 1. Warming up

1. Mikes Christmas

1Review story time

  T: Mike and his family are happy because Christmas is coming. Do you remember their Christmas? What can you see in the picture?

2Order and retell

  T: Can you put the pictures in the correct order, with First, next, then and finally?

  教师边说边将四个词贴到板书上,进一步学习Grammare time的四个词。

  Check and retell. (学生说,教师板书句子)

3Read and write

  T: Boys and girls, look at the sentences, can you fill in the blanks in 30 seconds.

  口头完成书上Grammar time中的read and write练习

2. Teddys Christmas

  T: Do you want to know Teddy Bear’s Christmas. Here’s a book about him.

1Picture walk, date and stick the pictures

  T: Teddy has many things to do for Christmas. Choose 2 pictures according to the date, stick them on the paper. OK?

  Check(反馈,请组长带着纸到黑板前)

(2)Order the 4 parts of the story

  T: These 4 groups, which goes first?

  学生选择,教师将图片贴到First的下面,同法反馈其他几组,完成整个故事。

(3)Enjoy the story

  Ss tell the story in the group.

  T: Is Teddy happy at last?

  S: Yes. He got the toy plane.

  T: Students are happy in my school at Christmas. Please watch and matchHow to make a card?

  1. Choose and make

  T: Here’s a card and en E-card, choose one to make in groups.

  T: XX, you made an E-card, right? Can you share with us how to make an E-card?

  S: First, .... Next, .... Then, .... Finally, ....

  T: Is it a nice card? Your card looks so nice, too. You can give the card to your friend or any teacher here. Remember to say “Merry Christmas”

Step 4. Homework

  T: So, homework today, make an E-card, and share with your friends.

  No.2, We know about Mike’s Christmas, Teddy Christmas, Our Christmas, please preview cartoon time to know about Mr. Turkey’s Christmas. Is he happy?
